What is included?
About this test
The Hepatitis B Triple Panel includes hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), total hepatitis B core antibody (anti-HBc), and hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs). Together, these markers help distinguish current infection, prior natural infection, vaccine-related immunity, and susceptibility to hepatitis B.
This panel does not include hepatitis C testing and does not by itself determine whether treatment is needed. Abnormal or unclear results should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare professional.
